Emmelia and I
I met Emmelia Gordon(some of you may know of her as Emma) in the Old Town Square, a beautiful city square with hundreds of tourists, gorgeous buildings, and countless solicitations for drugs.
It had been pure chance that we were to be in Prague at the same time, but we were taking advantage of the occasion.
The first day was spent oggaling the various cathedrals and palace-like buldings of Prague. We had lunch in a Hare Krisna vegetarian restaraunt. Delicious food at a good price(although not as cheap as Lonely Planet quoted). It was great to see the colourfully dressed shaven heads of the Devotees again, and I greeted them with a Hare Krishna hello.
Later we headed off to another section of Prague to watch a preformance of Carmina Burana, something tha tI have been dreaming of ever since I first heard the music. However, beforehand we had decided to go out for a few(5) beers, and the preformance was ruined by the most horrible pain i have ever experienced in my life. Five movements into the concert I had to urinate, but I stayed till the end. I have never felt anything so horrible. I have bruises and welts on my arms from trying to take the pain away with other pain. After the concert we decided to walk home with a couple of bottles of cheap czech wine. We must have been quite a sight.
The next day, after recovering from the worst hangover of my life, Emmelia and I walked around Prague once again. We stopped by a Czech Restraunt for dinner, and dined on Goulash, Saur Kraut, and Bacon Dumplings. The food was 50% salt.
That evening we went out with Marketas boyfriend, Ondre. Marketa is Tamara Hejsky's cousin, A girl I know from Canada. Tammy. Im sure many of you know her.
Anyway, we went out to a few Czech bars, and tasted some czech liqors. One which tasted and smelled exactly like eggnog.
Anyway, I must be breife. Emmelia and I have only one day left together, and internet is not cheap.
Ciao.
